Theft Description

D locked to bike rack at Tesco store, Chester Road, Stretford, Manchester, at 1.45pm on 29th January and 20 minutes later it was gone. Thief had cut through the bike rack to steal it. No video evidence despite signs at store saying there was video surveillance.
