Bike Description
White ladies step through bike. In good condition. A few scratches to the computer face, handlebars and rear carrier. Did have a bike bag on the back (probably been removed now). Chain recently replaced. Had a small piece of brown sticky tape on front brake cables. Accompanying image is a very similar photo to missing bikeTheft Description
Bike had been double padlocked outside the main entrance to Dorking Hospital where i work aat 07.30 hours. When i left work at 16.00 it had vanished. I always padlock it in the same spot. I have since ascertained that a person who was dressed in black with a black rucksack and balaclava was spotted at about 14.00 hours wheeling a bike along a path down towards some steps. He then turned around and went back up the same path having probably realised that he was not going to get a 25kg bike down those steps. The two padlocks were subsequently found a couple of days later amongst some vegetation on the side of the path. Both the chain and the Krytonite bike lock plus the other one had been completely sawn through. Unfortunately there was no CCTV in the vicinity to pick this person out, and despite it being quite a busy time in the area no one else seems to of spotted anything.
