Black Merida Speeder with distinctive touring butterfly handlebars. Not sure of year but it’s not one of the most recent ones. Worn seat and tape on handlebars coming away slightly.Theft Description
Bike locked up to bike stand at the Hayes, Cardiff, between The Hayes Snack Bar and The Old Library. 2 locks cut through to steal bike. Bike stolen between 6pm and 11pm on 31/07/18. All help appreciated!
