Bike had been secured to a bike rack near Brighton Box Spa along Madeira Drive, Brighton at the bottom of Duke's Mound. There is CCTV of the theft being committed at 19.17hrs by a male wearing all black who had been walking up and down 'casing' which bike to steal before making a quick job of it and riding away.
