Black Marin 15 inch frame mountain bike 26 inch wheels stolen from a metal fence chained with a thick chain to the metal fence at the old taxi rank in basildon town centre opp iceland supermarket.at pm on the 26/6/2019. the chain was cut with it lying on the pavement my bike had gone.
