Almost brand new, small E bike! Metallic purple-mauve colour. He had a back rack placed on it and a stand which have probably now been removed.
Theft Description
Left outside Paget Street Stores, Grangetown Cardiff. The shop owner saw a boy in a hoodie grab the bike on Tuesday even around 10pm when it was pouring with rain and few people about
