It's size Small with very distinctive paintwork that looks like an oil slick or ballbearing: black at rear axle graduating to purple and green at the front.
When stolen it had a chunky, rectangular black MIK rack bag on it, plus black water bottle cage and bottle as in photos.
Theft Description
Stolen outside the Malcolm X Centre in St Paul's by a young white male, c.20 years old, short mousey coloured hair, in a bright green short sleeved top. Based on belongs he left behind, he may be an insulin-injecting diabetic, rough sleeping and also using other drugs. Last seen cycling north along Norrisville Road.
