Theft Description

My bike has been stolen between 10:00 and 10:15 in Central Square just outside the Hugh James and Cardiff University building. 

I had my bike within sight whilst having my coffee outside Pret A Manger, looked down at my phone for a short while, looked up and it had gone. 

A group of girls saw the incident and have explained how the man wearing dark clothing & a rucksack, took my wheel off. The lock was slid down the wheel frame and bike released free. He was riding another bike, put my wheel back on and left the scene quickly with my bike by the side of him.
