On Bristol-Bath railway path heading into Bristol through Easton at Chelsea Park junction. Group of 5-6 youths on track moved apart on approach but then punched me as I passed causing me to crash at around 20mph. Then asualted me further and constricted throat with arm round neck from behind until I passed out. On regaining consciousness, youths and bike had gone. Broken jaw & collar bone, lacerations to lip and tongue requiring stitching, three teeth driven up into gum requiring extensive dental work.
