Stolen from outside of Nandos, Wolverhampton. Man, cut off lock with bolt cutters and lifted the bike away towards Wolverhampton Bus Station. White male, 50-60 years of age, wearing an orange high-viz, rucksack and a flatcap. Caught on CCTV, obviously used to doing this as it was done in broad daylight and when questioned he said it was his bike and the lock was damaged.
