Stockport Railway station, it was parked outside the station on bike stand. I thought I had locked it but had only locked the helmet!Recovery Description
I found the bike for sale at Cash Converters store in Stockport. I showed staff photos of the bike on my phone to prove ownership and they agreed to store it until it could be collected by British Transport Police and myself. British Transport Police were very helpful and they followed up the adress provided by person who sold the bike to the store but it didn't lead anywhere. I am now going to register my new bike to 'Bike Register' I gave the stolen bike to a friend and had bought a new one after the theft.
