Theft Description

The bike was parked in front of the glass facade of our small architectural studio at Unit 2, 173 Tower Bridge Road, London, SE1 2AW, for about 30 seconds while I quickly got changed. Someone rode it and cycled away during that period.   There were a couple of tourists (a male and a female) who sat on the planting bed in front of our office during that period but they had no English, so could not answer my question about the theft. Our office is situated next to St John's Church Park. There I found my helmet, which was hung from the handle, but the bike itself could not be found. The bike is while with black handle bar. The vertical bit of the handle has a few white scratches. The bike was equipped with a couple of usb chargeable lights (red and white) as well as a stem part of a mobile phone holder.)I would very much appreciate your time and investigation on this case.
