Stolen from parking area under the apartment block building. Only frame was stolen. One of the locks was cut off, the second one was left with the wheel. Most likely happened on 07/11/2023, in the evening. There was a car with opened trunk in the parking area, and noises coming from the parking. Which seemed suspicious. So probably it was the moment of theft.
