All black hybrid, ribbed pattern on saddle, front and read mudguards, rear wheel was left behind (frame and front wheel stolen), light fittings on handlebars and below saddle, silver bell.Theft Description
It was stolen from gated private property, locked at the rear wheel. The wheel was left behind with the lock intact. The thief most probably jumped a gate on Holybush Row, Oxford. The property is Castle Mews, Oxford.
