Stolen from the bike stand outside Tesco Express/Wanstead Cleaners in Wanstead High Street between 2.40 and 3pm on Aug 8th. Thief cut through security strap and cycled off in the direction of Snaresbrook. Description of person involved – Khaki cap, long shorts, Age: 27-32, Build: Average, Ethnicity: White, Sex: Male.
