Theft Description

bike was locked to front post of house while went through house to unlock side gate - unattended very briefly while doing this - thief was seen disappearing down the road - thick-set white male white teeshirt grey peaked cap. Suspect we are being monitored as we have 6 weeks ago had 2 bikes stolen from garden shed - this was insurance replacement
