Bike Description
A half-tail mountain bike with black frame and two relatively new tubeless tyres. Blue inserts on the handlebars that were noticeably scuffed / fraying.Theft Description
The bike was left in the rack outside of North Chingford Library on the 03/03/2023 while I was in nearby chemist. The theft took place between around 16:45 and 17:00. I saw someone in a white hoody with black sleeves ride of on it up Mornington Road before turning on to Willow Street
