Theft Description

Bike was locked to a concrete embedded secure point at the rear of the building. The thief used bolt cutters to sever the armoured ABUS  lock late in the evening/night.  Near neighbour reports the bike may have been abandoned soon after theft (it had a puncture in the rear tyre).  However it was not visible to me when I went looking on Watts Lane in Teddington
