Theft Description

I think was taken from stairway either during the night or when i was at work during the day 28th Jan. Was locked to the banister so the theif must have gotten into the block and cut the lock. (there is a very small chance it was taken from outside a corner shop when I left it to go in and get some shopping, but it is very unusual for me to leave it there without realising. I always lock it up in the stairway at the flat)
