Bike Description
Black Giant Roam 4 Hybrid Bike. Giant is written in white. 21 gear quick fire Shimano Gears, 700cc size tyres. Front suspension, one of the levers on front suspension is missing. Bike fitted with silver/grey pannier rack to rear. Quick release wheels. Serviced just before theft. A new chain, chain ring, rear derailleur were fitted. Also a silver cover was fitted by the bottom bracket (so it is not quite the same as in photos which were taken before the bike was serviced). There is a yellow warning sticker on handlebars and there is a yellow sticker near bottom of frame. This sticker says Action Bikes which is the name of the retailer in Brighton were I bought the bike in May 2012. (They now trade as Cycle Store).Theft Description
Bike was stolen from rear of Highgate Studios, 53-79 Highgate Road, London, NW5 1TL. Bike was locked to cycle rack. I left the bike at 12:10 and noticed it had been stolen around 15:25. The chain lock was cut and left on ground by thief. Bike was gone. Location has CCTV.
