Snatched from me from outside of Caffè Nero Queen Street Cardiff when I stopped to lock my bike. Thief was able to outsprint me because I had cleated cycling shoes on. The thief was wearing: dark trousers or tracksuit bottoms dark blue Hoody dark trainers. The thief’s description was: 6 ft tall, slim build, athletic, sprinter physique, possibly of East African or Middle Eastern origin with what appeared as stubble beard. Had obvious cycling proficiency.
