Taken from ground floor hallway in block of flats (accessible to public), was locked to metal chain bolted to the wall (thieves broke this chain, rather than the actual bike lock); presumably carried to van or sth. similar, since wheels would still have been immobilized with heavy lock that I don't think they could break on the spot.
