Stolen from a bike rack under Waterloo Bridge on Belvedere Road at the back of the Southbank Centre in London, between 7pm and 7.30pm on Thursday 5 september. I only had one (pretty good) Giant cable lock with me but decided it would be okay because I was just dropping off some library books, in daylight, and wouldn't be long (what an idiot!).
