Stolen from basement parking lot (15 car spaces + bike stands), E1W/ Tobacco Dock, Wapping area. Access from inside the development only (or when shutters are up when a car accesses the space), security code/ gate. Also, to get access to the development/ inner area of the building, security code needed. Stolen overnight, there might be a second bike stolen on same occasion (with child seat)
