A White Giant Road Bike with a plastic water bottle and a black plastic bag attached.Theft Description
The bike was parked in a closed parking area (near Block K) of student accommodation in Castle Mill Roger Dudman Way OX11GJ. It was stolen between 20th September to 1st of October. The thief cut the cable lock of the bike.
