Bike Description
The bike looks brand new. It's a Giant Contend 2, in Black and green highlights. The day/night it was stolen, it had installed on it a rear view mirror (Cateye bar end mirror) and a seat cover/add on. It also has attached to the frame 2 combination lock chains.Theft Description
I locked the bike around 6:30 PM on Friday 23rd of november to the Staircase Railing with one of the 2 combination locks I keep wrapped around its frame. It was locked inside the building behind 2 locked doors. The front door is operated with an access code and the inner door is locked with a key and can be opened with a buzzer. On that same day, there were people painting the railing inside the building. The next morning, on the 24th, the bike was missing. Two spindles in the railing were pulled out from their place and the thief managed to just walk away with the bike. I still don't know how they got inside unless they were inside or had the access code and the key to the building.
