Outside Rotherhithe tube station left locked for 5mins whilst in VISA local gang of kids taking wheels off another nearby bike when I returned to see my bike gone. walking home 10minutes later to see c.16yr old guy cycling away on my bike. Dressed in grey, blue/dark coloured back pack and light hair.
