Bike Description

Gold framed early 80s racing bike. Campagnolo gears. When stolen it had red handlebars, a tatty blue suede seat. There are a few distinguishing features: it has stickers on it for Swiss road tax, possibly identified as the city or canton of Basel. One pedal arm curved, the other is straight. The pedals themselves are relatively recent. This bike has been in the family since new, so has sentimental value. I am trying to find more images at home. It was stolen during the day from outside the TEA building on Shoreditch High Street on November 10 2016

Theft Description

The bike was locked with  D-Lock to a bike hoop on busy Shoreditch Hight Street, just near the corner with Pizza East. There were no remnants of the D-Lock so all I can think is that I absent-mindedly missed the steel tube and either locked the bike to itself or missed the bike entirely.
