Bike Description

The hardtail mountain bike that was stolen from me is a Ghost Kato III, the
primary colour is black and the colour where it has "GHOST" printed on the
frame is green, also features a line of green stripes on the top part of the
bike frame. The seat holder has "GHOST" repeatedly printed at the top and the
same is done on either end of the handle bar. There are 9 gears at the rear
wheel and three by the front derailleur. The suspension is from SunTour, and
the rear derailleur is a Shimano RD-R3000 Sora. The free hub is a Shimano
FH-M475 Rear 32 Hole Disc Hub. The tail of the bike has "GHOST" printed in
green on the front side just like on the main part of the frame and has the
same printed on the other side in dark grey. The suspension itself is fully
reflective although now it has bits of rust/dirt on it which I have been
struggling to get off.

Theft Description

I was just locking my bike because I was meeting with some uni friends in town, I met them at about 10:45 and I would have locked my bike somewhere between 10:00 and 10:30 at the rightmost rail of the cycle park. As soon as I get back at around 17:20, I see another bike locked at the same rail where my bike was locked and I found that there were a few other bikes absent and I even saw a bike chain just like mine on the ground snipped clean like somebody was using a grass cutter or some big pliers. All the other bikes that I saw at the cycle park were locked with metal U-Locks as opposed to mine which was the same type of lock as the one I found one the ground. My bike lock was nowhere to be found and my helmet that I locked with the bike also went missing. Nothing was left of my property as if I didn't just cycle from home in Pudsey all the way to town.
