Theft Description

I left my bike on the bike rack around 6:20-6:30 a.m (2 Roger Bacon Ln Oxford OX1 1QE, Sainsbury's side entrance Westgate shopping center). I saw a suspicious Indian guy parking his electric bike next to mine, but I didn't imagine what he was up to. At 7:45 a.m. when I came back from the gym another guy (Dan) told me he saw someone leave the electric bike and take the one I described. Dan left me his mobile. I took the electric bike with a piece of hefty iron attached to it to the police station and I reported the crime.
