Theft Description

Stolen from the Institute of Psychology campus, Denmark Hill. Thief cut lock and removed the frame from the front wheel (which was not a clip on, alan key required) took bike frame and back wheel and exited onto Windsor Road and up onto Grove Lane. Was caught on CCTV. Was a young white male who was wearing a cycling helmet, his vis, red jacket, black shorts, white trainers and black socks. Was stolen at 15.17.
