Similar to the picture but with black pannier rack and black mudguards. Also with saddle bag attached at time of theft. Had yellow black Fahgeddaboudit Kryptonite lock still attached as the banister was cut, not the lock.Theft Description
Angle grinder used to cut thru banister as unable to cut lock. Taken from inside block of flats. Threatened me with the angle grinder when I confronted.
