Theft Description

<p align="LEFT"><strong><span style="font-family: Arial-BoldMT; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="font-family: Arial-BoldMT; font-size: xx-small;">My bike was locked up to the cycle parking stand, right outside the Isambard Kingdom Brunel Wetherspoons pub in Guildhall, Portsmouth. I was sat for approx. 10 mins in the pub in the window so I had clear visibility of the bike. A Caucasian male, of fairly large build, approx. age 30, with no shirt on (just shorts) approached the nearby bin. . The next thing I know, the lock on my bike has been cut and we see him cycling away through Guildhall. There was no way I would have caught him on foot as he was going at some speed.</span></span></strong></p>
