Bike Description
It is folding bike with a red frame and a pannier rack on the back. It has mudguards and a straight handlebar with a small bell on it. The saddle is grey and on a seat post which is adjustable. My bicycle was locked to the furthest north bike rack on the pavement outside the "Hopscotch Asian Women's Centre" at 4am this morning (18 December 2019). I used both a cable & d-lock to lock the bike to the rack. When I returned from work at 7pm, the bike had been stolen. All that was left was the cut cable and a mutilated d-lock, plus a broken helmet which I had also attached to the d-lock.
