two different locking systems were cut through, bike basket was cut through (wicker basket handle, which was what locked the bike and basket to the stand), and bike was removed from bike shed next to a building on west campus of University of York. Gardeners close by saw nothing. Campus security took a statement, reported it online to the police, statement won't be taken until next week.
