Two white male in their early twenties ripped off my bike from my bike rack on the back of my vehicle in a public car park in Lyndhurst at 19.40. They were in black Audi A3. They prepared the scene by coming at intervals to Remove straps, then uncover, then cut off securing straps and finally ripping it out of the lock.
