The Bicycle is in great condition and still looks like new. I didn't even use the bicycle in rainy weather. I bought my bike on 28 December 2016. The bicycle has been stolen on 20.05.2018. I was really looking after my bicycle. Even after almost 2 years looks in very good condition. I haven't got any pictures I did on my own because I lost everything from my phone. That's why all photos uploaded from the internet, however, it is exactly the same look and color.

Theft Description

I ride my bicycle to work mostly on my late shifts. I am leaving my bicycle in a staff N4 Car Park secure area in a specific place for all bicycles in that car park. I lock always my bicycle NOT with one lock but two locks always. I can only suspect I've been watched earlier by someone. That specific action must be prepared earlier because my locks are not easy to break. The suspect must have some sort of tools to break both of my locks ( I have photos of my locks for an evidence purpose if needed ). After I finished my work at 21.30pm I get the staff bus to N4 car park area. I walked to the place where I left my bicycle earlier. I have seen only my two broken locks on the ground. My bicycle has been stolen. After I went to the car park security staff but they were closed. Friend of mine dropped me to Police station on Bath Road but was closed too. I spoke with one an officer who advised me to make a report online. I also make calls to 101 but I couldn't get through. The line was busy. When I get back home I did make a Police report online ( SP-28351-18-00 ). Police did nothing at all!! They close investigation the next day with no evidence. I think they don't even bother to look anything to find out how was it happen, look for suspects? They just told me there is a gang in that area and they are stealing bicycles and mopeds. The most surprising was to find out that there was no CCTV at all. Can't imagine!! Staff car park Heathrow-NO CCTV !!! Bath Road NO CCTV at all!!! Opposite the place, I did park my bicycle is a Police Station. I have no further information about my bicycle from that time at all. I did try to contact with a someone higher on security airport at Heathrow. The guy only told me that he is sorry for what happened. That's it!! No help from ANYONE at all!!!!! I did my part. I did park my bicycle in designated area for bicycle and I did put TWO locks NOT one only. Even though locks been cut, removed with a force to get my bicycle.
