Bike Description

Ruby-red women's road bike with black taped drop handlebars and 'COUGAR' lettering in blue and yellow on the diagonal tubing, with a silhouette of a blue cougar next to it. The vertical tubing also has two sets of horizontal stripes in light blue, black, white and silver with a black and white round COUGAR label between the stripes. The COUGAR round white label is also on the front vertical tubing, just below the handlebars and a reflective attachment. The bike is steel-frame and a stick shift, with a silver gear lever on the diagonal tubing. It has two sets of brake levers (the drop bar levers and the extension levers/safety/suicide levers), both silver. The brakes are single-pull caliper brakes on the front and rear wheel, also silver. The left side of the frame is bent slightly inwards, which can be seen looking down on the handlebars. Tyres are black with tan sidewalls, 27 and 1/4 inch diameter. Wheels are silver and the spokes have fluorescent red and yellow spoke wraps. The mudguards are bright shiny silver, full-length on the front and rear wheels. They were recently replaced so it would not surprise me if the bike was taken so that they could be stripped off. The seat is black and squishy with a white logo saying 'GIB' on the front side.

Theft Description

I locked the bike on the bike racks on the ramp outside Oxford Station (City Center) using a steel cable combination lock before I caught a train at 7pm on Friday night (19/01/24). I returned at ~18:00 on Sunday on 21/01/24 and it had gone without a trace.
