Bike Description
Charge Mixed Chrome 8 Speed Alfine Hub bike with Pitlock skewer on front wheel. Recently serviced fully with new brake pads, cables, tires, chain, hub service.The pictures are not the bike but basically the same bike minus the pit lock which was on the front wheel as I don’t have any recent pictures unfortunately. There is small amounts of rust where the chrome is coming off. Particularly around where the mudguards would attach. Any info would be great appreciated as this bike was to replace a stolen one from the same spot and this was the first time it was locked in public since having it serviced.
Theft Description
Locked outside London fields station by my girlfriend who locks it there when she gets the rain to work (to A&E in a children's ward). Was a bike to replace her previous one that got stolen and this was the first time locking it, having paid for a full service and a more expensive lock and a pitlock to try prevent it getting stolen. Lock was cut through. Second time finishing a 12 hour shift in A & E and coming back to find her bike stolen.
