Parked outside The Gym London Tooting, 953-959 Garratt Lane, Tooting, Greater London, SW17 0LR and chained to a bicycle railing. Thief was caught on CCTV wearing a grey coloured hoodie with blonde hair and cycled towards a nearby estate.
