Theft Description

I wasn't there at the crime scene. However, I came out of the cinema at Junction One Retail Park, Rugby, when a lad came up to me and my friend (who had also had his bike stolen) and started to tell us about the incident. Two male suspects, one older than the other, roughly 20 and 17. They had orange bolt cutters and cut though both of our locks and left as quickly as they could.
