Bike Description
Black and yellow carrera road bike stolen. handle bars wrapped in white tape and have also been cut with a saw. There is one screw in both the left and right side of the handlebars at the front. Not all the gears working at time it was stolen.Theft Description
Was chained up just off high street kensington with a D-Lock. Stolen from outside Lloyds bank.
