Theft Description

My Bike was kept in a caged, cycle parking space in the apartment with other cycles. The caged, cycle parking space was locked with a combination cable lock. My cycle and my kid's cycle were locked together on the metal pipe inside the cage, with the combination chain lock. It was stolen by cutting the cable lock of the cage and breaking the chain lock. Details of my bike: Carrera Hellcat Mens Mountain Bike - Black with Medium frame size, it has Black Disc Brake Pannier Rack at back and both tyers have Commuter Mudguard, a small black bell on the handle, all company brand stickers intact, some paint scraped off from the right side of Pannier Rack and middle frame bare due to a fall.
