Bike Description

Electric blue, 18" frame, brand new condition, quick release wheels and shimano brakes

Theft Description

Bike improperly locked at public bike rack. U lock secured around rack and not bike frame. Wire cable cut away and bike removed with second U lock still attached to the back wheels.
