Theft Description

The bike was locked at the second floor just outside our flat. It was stolen between 12:30-14:00pm. The thieves broke the banister where the bike was locked on. The banister was found at the third level of the building.  Another bike tried to be stolen from the same building, same date, day and time. The other bike is safe and its owner expect the police to come for an examination.
