Bike Description

Calton Pro Am men's racing bike. Frame is between 22-24 inches but I can't remember precisely. Has black foam grips, no tape on handlebars. Drop lever gears. Sticker on the frame below the seat post saying that the bike was purchased from Canterbury Cycle Mart, and I recall the date being about 1981. Raleigh embossed crank arms. The pedals are not the originals, just standard pedals taken from another bike with no tread/grip on them and no stirups.  Schwalbe tires a couple of months old.

Theft Description

Stolen at 1:12pm on 1st April from my place of work, Sillwood Street in central Brighton. Male probably in 40s, medium build with beige v neck sweater and white collar shirt, with grey hair seen taking the bike from my work garage where workmen had left the shutter open and unattended. The man was with another male wearing a dark jacket and balding head. Both men carrying open beer cans.
