Theft Description
On the evening of Saturday 06th July 2019 between 10-10.30pm, my brand new 2019 Canyon Torque was stolen from outside the Black Ivy Hotel, Alvanley Terrace, Bruntsfield, Edinburgh. The bike was locked to the towbar mounted bike rack on my car, but the thieves use bolt-cutters to remove the bike. The car was only left unattended for under an hour, they were very quick and organised.
The custom blue decals make this bike one of a kind, to stand out from other carbon Torques, as they come with stock stealth decals.
I live in Manchester, England, which makes it very difficult for me to be on the lookout myself. I will, of course be keeping an eye out on all sale websites and Facebook, in case they try to sell it as a whole. But I suspect that it will be stripped and sold in part if they try to move it on.
