Theft Description
The bicycle was stolen right outside Roxie Steak at Putney - Upper Richmond Road at 9:58pm. The thief cut the lock and left with the bike heading towards East Putney Underground - I received a CCTV recording today (29th Nov). It had an additional cable securing the 2nd wheel but it didn’t affect the thief. It was left on the pavement.
