Theft Description

UPDATE: I have information that the bike was stolen to order. They are sold to the same person who pays bottom price and always leaves a bike behind. They are then transported out the area. Silver nearly new Cannondale Trail 6. Stolen from Bedford Town center behind the Probation building sometime between 9am and 3pm. The person or persons will have been caught on CCTV as area is covered by cameras. (Useless)
