Theft Description

Bicycle gang of 11-13 year old children. Had found a way to enter gated underground parking complex, bypass security and attempt to steal numerous bicycles. My bicycle was chained to a designated cycle rack, and they used my bicycle pump as a decoy to look like they were working on the bike, whilst instead they were breaking the lock to steal it. Security staff confirmed the theft with CCTV evidence which was passed on to police.  The suspects attempted to steal more bikes on Sunday 28th of May and they were caught in the act by security and held before police arrived.
